Putting Kelly at the heart of the brand.
The challenge
Kelly had already established herself as a skilled painter and decorator, but her existing business identity, KM Decor, didn't fully reflect the person behind the work or the breadth of services she offered.
The challenge was to create a brand that felt professional and trustworthy without losing the warmth, personality and approachable nature of an independent, female-led trades business.
The creative approach
Moving from KM Decor to Kelly Mottershead - Painting, Decorating and Tiling created a more personal identity, while the new visual direction introduced a cohesive look that could work just as effectively on a mobile phone as it would on the side of a van.
The project brought together brand development, graphic design, website creation and copywriting, with every element designed to feel like part of the same business.

The finished project brings every part of Kelly's business together under one recognisable brand. From the first website visit to the moment her van arrives outside a customer's home, the same identity runs through every interaction.
